Where are you based?

We are based in the inner northern suburbs of the CBD in Melbourne, Australia.

What can you calligraphy or handletter on?

I can handletter and calligraphy on virtually anything – cardstock, pot plants, wine and liquor bottles, perfumes, mugs and more! Additionally, we offer our calligraphy services on hot foiling surfaces including leather goods, ribbons and cardstock. Contact me directly to see if the versatility of calligraphy can be done on your product!

Who provides the materials?

Clients will usually supply the materials such as their own branded stationery, place cards or their product of choice. An extra 20% of materials (for cardstock stationery) will also need to be supplied to account for corrections and last minute additions.

If you are unable to supply your own materials, we can order the perfect high quality card stock, acrylic blanks and marble coasters for your project from our local and trusted vendors.

 

Why is there no pricing on your website?

The application of calligraphy is so versatile that every project is unique and customisable, meaning that pricing is based upon your specific requirements. Please contact me directly to enquire more about pricing.

How far in advance should I book the calligraphy services?

For wedding calligraphy, we suggest booking our services 3 – 6 months in advance to secure your dates – the earlier the better. This allows us sufficient time to work with you on your vision throughout the whole process – from design, surface application choice and advise on the best tools for the final product.

If you are a brand or business looking to engage our brand activation services , please contact us as soon as possible to discuss timeframes.

For all other requests, please contact us to see our current availability. 

If your project is required on a short timeframe (within 10 business days or less), a rush fee will be incurred leading up to the delivery date.

How long does it take to complete the job?

Depending on the project itself,  please account for a standard turnaround time of 4 weeks to complete a job.  This allows us sufficient time to go through the whole design process with you, help with selection of surface applications and advise on the best tools to support your vision. 

A rush fee may be applicable if your project is required within a limited time frame and this will be discussed per request.

How does the Calligraphy Engraving process works?

Products to be engraved on such as perfume bottles, wines or a personalised keepsakes are to be supplied by the client. 

Products can be dropped off at our studio based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and collected once the engraving process is completed.  Alternatively, you can also post the product directly to our studio itself and we can post back upon completion.

If required, we are also able to order and purchase the product for you at an additional surcharge. 

Once you choose a script from our signature styles, the product is hand engraved and you can choose to keep it blind engraved (no fill of colour) or we can fill the engraving with a range of metallic colours.
