Thank you for engaging IndelibleInk Calligraphy (ABN 25 709 668 936) for your stationery.
We consider it an honour you have chosen us to immortalise and preserve memories and moments through our artwork.
By placing an order a stationery order with us, you confirm you agree to the below terms and conditions. Any on-site events terms will be found in the Creative Service Agreement.
When you commence payment to IndelibleInk Calligraphy you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions specified in this document. The words “you” and “your” uses throughout these terms and conditions refers to the buyer/client. The words “we”, “our” and “us” used throughout the terms and conditions refers to IndelibleInk Calligraphy, the seller.
We consider it the highest form of honour you have chosen us to preserve memories, legacy and storytelling through our art. Unlike computer generated text, each calligraphy stroke has unique letterforms – each piece we create is a unique work of art. We pride ourselves in our signature style and cannot replicate another artists’ work. Therefore, please ensure our brand’s style aligns with yours.
As the artist, we remain the sole artistic owner of all artistic rights and are covered by copyright. Designs may not be reproduced or replicated in any form without the permission of IndelibleInk Calligraphy. Commissioned art and stationery is for personal use only. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.
There is a separate commercial licensing agreements available.
Currency accepted is in AUD (Australian Dollars).
Fees are payable by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by us or online payment.
There is a Booking Fee to engage working with us at 50% of the total amount. Orders of $500 or less for calligraphy work will be paid in full.
We work with many brands and agencies where work is on a tight deadline or a last-minute request. In the case you require immediate work a 200% plus rush fee will be additionally costed to work that is required in a 1-3 day turnaround. In the event where you require a 1-2 week turnaround a 100% additional costed rush fee will be added to your invoice.
Professional images of our work is always appreciated. You are encouraged to share images on social media (please credit with “IndelibleInk Calligraphy” and tag @indelibleinkcalligraphy. If you specifically do not want your stationery on social media, please advise us in writing at the time of your booking.
We reserve the rights to post any images of our work on all social media channels and our website. We will never publish any confidential information such as your contact details or guest addresses. We will always strive not to post any event addresses until the date of the event has passed. Where possible we will blur any confidential information when sharing this through our marketing channels.
All text that you would like on your stationery item must be supplied to us via online form through Word, Excel or Email format. You are responsible for checking all proofs as we will scribe exactly what is sent to us via these means of communication.
Where we have given you mock ups and designs to choose from and this has been confirmed by you through phone call, text or correspondence via email we will commence the project. No changes may be made after this.
You will be asked to confirm, proof read and check all stationery once completed which represents all the artwork is approved and your approval to print. You are responsible for checking all proofs. Any error(s) found after the artwork approval email is your responsibility. IndelibleInk Calligraphy will not accept liability for any errors once the artwork has been approved.
IndelibleInk Calligraphy is a service based business and all of our work is custom created for you. Once we have received your order and payment, work will begin on the stationery.

There may be situations where we need to test our calligraphy tool on your application and we will always recommend the best tool for your surface application. In the event where we have exhausted all options or the delivery is not meeting your expectations, we have the rights to refuse commencement of work. If a 50% deposit has already been paid this can be used as credit for our other products and services.
We understand life circumstances may arise, if you are needing to cancel please get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can discuss alternative options. We reserve the right to approve or decline cancellation requests at our own discretion and this is dependant on your individual situation.
Stationery orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking number or through our courier. If you live in Melbourne, local drop off and pick up can be arranged to our studio in Preston.
